Central Okanagan Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The management of the Foundation is executed by Leanne Hammond Komori, Executive Director.

COF has four standing committees; Investment & Finance; Marketing & Communication; Fund Development, and Grants committee.

Our Grant Advisory Committees are made up of interested members of the volunteer community who help us decide how to best distribute the discretionary monies in accordance with the wishes of the various Fund donors.

The committees ensure that the application form, process and procedures are all in keeping with the mission and mandate of the Foundation.
