The Project Build Society is now an independent not-for-profit society that focuses on the challenge of home ownership in the Okanagan. Generous donors, local businesses, and those working in the construction and related industries have come together to do what they can to help those who qualify move from renting to achieving the dream of owning.

If you know you have the capacity to service a mortgage but through life circumstances saving for a down payment has so far been out of your reach, the Project Build Society may be able to help you overcome that hurdle.

Project Build is an innovative initiative to help people on the cusp of success move from renting to owning.

Non-repayable grants to help with down-payments are available through the Project Build Society. The society also makes grants to community charities focused on housing related challenges at every level.
