All funding opportunities under the Reaching Home and Veterans Homelessness Programs are now closed.

The Central Okanagan Foundation, in collaboration with the Community Advisory Board on Homelessness, is no longer accepting applications for these programs.
 
The Central Okanagan Foundation serves as the Designated Communities Community Entity (CE) for City of Kelowna through an agreement with the Government of Canada. The Community Entity supports the delivery of the Reaching Home program and is responsible for leading sub-project solicitation processes in collaboration with the Community Advisory Board on Homelessness.
